BlackBerry KickStart for $50 on T-Mobile?

News - By: pdaBlast! Staff - July 04, 2008

Rumor has it that the BlackBerry KickStart will be released by T-Mobile for $50. That would be an incredibly low price for the first BlackBerry flip phone. The $50 price tag would come with a 2-year contract agreement. The release date is said to be September 2008.

At $50 the KickStart would seriously challenge Palm's Centro. Palm has had great success with the Centro due to it's low price point. Can RIM nudge Palm out of the way with a $50 BlackBerry? We'll find out.
