BlackBerry KickStart actually BlackBerry Pearl 8220

News - By: pdaBlast! Staff - August 07, 2008

Could the BlackBerry KickStart that we've all been talking about actually be a BlackBerry Pearl? According to BlackBerry Cool that is exactly the case. BlackBerry Cool is reporting that the BlackBerry Kickstart will appear on Rogers in Q3 2008 under the name BlackBerry Pearl 8220.

"The upcoming BlackBerry Kickstart is coming to Rogers sometime in Q3! But it won’t be called the BlackBerry Kickstart. Instead, the nascent FlipBerry will be called the BlackBerry Pearl 8220. Only time will tell if it will replace the candybar line of Pearls or run along side it."
