So TweetGenius is out and receiving great reviews. In case you missed engadget mobile's review you can check out this video run through. It looks like a great little Twitter app and some are saying it's the best app for the BlackBerry so far.

For now TweetGenius is only available for the Bold and Curve 8900. Everyone else will have to be patient.
